The 2020 CMLT co-chairs are Rob Schellert and Spencer Uemura. Thomas Scharff is the CMLT secretary and is also interested in working with the seasonal liturgy teams. David Balch is the liaison between the CMLT and Sacred Presence team, and Ilana Uemura and Federico Ramirez offer their gifts to the team in the many ways they will be needed.

Why isn’t the CMLT more “genderfied?” Well, it turns out the female and non-binary leaders of Leaven Community/Salt & Light with time and capacity decided to sign-up for the Transition Discernment Team (TDT). This is the team that will midwife the communal process for determining the next iteration of long-term leadership for Leaven Community/Salt & Light Lutheran Church. So, there you have it.
