The birds are now announcing the growing season! Are you curious about how you can be more connected with the land and garden we steward and folxs in Leaven Community?

We invite children, youth and adults to come to our first gathering in 2023. We'll begin with our tradition of a short outdoor meditation with the land and one another and then look ahead into the growing season and beyond to co-create what is best for the health and well being of the land, neighbors and our children. 

We are tending the land at Leaven using regenerative agriculture practices. In 2022 we planted dry tolerant native plants. Many native plants also appeared, such as a prolific pollen creator, Purple Aster.

Dress for being indoors/outdoors and let Jane know if you plan on coming and if you'd like to help organize this gathering.
